Synergy Care Services Ltd wishes to hire 2 Care and Support Workers to complement our small but dynamic team in Selby.

Care and Support Worker is an incredibly rewarding position in our organization, which involves assisting our service with aspects of daily living and attending to their social needs, so they do not suffer from isolation. No two service users are the same, so it is all about relating to each and every person as an individual and treating them with compassion, dignity, and respect whilst maintaining confidentiality all the time.

Role Requirements

· Experience is not essential as training will be provided

· Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure

· Ideally hold a full driving licence and access to own vehicle (we are willing to consider non-drivers)

· High standard of written and spoken communication

· Eligible to work in the UK

· Flexible to work different shifts

Role Responsibilities

· Delivering care within services users’ homes 

· Assisting with personal care, food preparation, and medication administration

· Assisting service users with accessing local amenities and accessing leisure opportunities

· General housekeeping and providing companionship

Remuneration

· The rate of pay for this position is up to £12 an hour.
